🌞 Step outside for 2 minutes of sunlight.
☕ Sip your coffee/tea without your phone.
🧘 Take one deep, intentional breath.
📖 Read a single page of a book instead of scrolling.
🎶 Put on a song that makes you wanna dance (yes, even badly lol).
🌙 Look at the moon for 10 seconds — instant reset.
✍️ Write one word about how you wanna feel today.
That’s it. Nothing complicated, nothing “perfect.”
Just… tiny shifts → big ripple. ✨
