Sometimes it’s the tiniest change that makes the biggest vibe upgrade. 🌿

Here are 7 little things I try when I feel stuck, tired, or just meh:

  1. 🌞 Step outside for 2 minutes of sunlight.

  2. ☕ Sip your coffee/tea without your phone.

  3. 🧘 Take one deep, intentional breath.

  4. 📖 Read a single page of a book instead of scrolling.

  5. 🎶 Put on a song that makes you wanna dance (yes, even badly lol).

  6. 🌙 Look at the moon for 10 seconds — instant reset.

  7. ✍️ Write one word about how you wanna feel today.

That’s it. Nothing complicated, nothing “perfect.”

Just… tiny shifts → big ripple.
