Ok so… when I grabbed The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron, I thought it’d be smth like “tips for artists” 🙃. Spoiler: it’s not. It’s more like a soul workbook — mindfulness, journaling, and those tiny rituals that shift how u feel day to day.

Her thing called morning pages? Basically writing 3 messy pages every morning. At first it’s random stuff, but then u start seeing patterns, feelings, even blocks that hold u back. It’s like therapy but cheaper lol.

And then there’s artist dates — once a week u do smth fun, just for u (bookstore trip, painting, even wandering in nature). Sounds silly, but omg it feeds ur soul in ways Netflix just doesn’t.

💜 What I loved? U don’t have to be an “artist” to get it. It’s about re-connecting w/ that lil spark inside that makes u feel alive + playful.
