"Every new moon is an invitation to plant a seed."

Ok, so here’s the tea: new moons don’t look like much.
You go outside, and it’s… just dark. Empty sky. Nothing to see. 🌑
But energetically? That emptiness is the point.
The new moon is basically the universe’s reset button. A blank page. A chance to say:
👉 “Ok, what do I actually want to grow this month?”
I like to think of it as planting seeds. Not rushing, not expecting instant results — just dropping an intention into the soil and letting time + energy do their thing.
Here’s my mini new moon ritual (aka: how I vibe with it):
🌙 Light a candle or just sit in quiet for a minute.
✍️ Write down one (just one!) thing you wanna invite this cycle.
💫 Visualize how it would feel if it was already here.
🔒 Close the notebook. Done.
That’s it. No huge ceremony required.
Because the magic isn’t in the ritual itself. It’s in giving yourself a moment to pause, reset, and set a fresh intention.
So if life’s been messy (same, lol), use the new moon as your cosmic “start again” reminder.
Tiny seed → big growth. 🌱
Planting new seeds,
Mara Ray 🌑
